PANJIT's Response to the Earthquake on June 8

On June 8, 2026, at approximately 7:37 a.m. local time, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake struck the Sarangani–General Santos area in Mindanao, Philippines. PANJIT Group’s production facility in Cabuyao City, Laguna, Philippines (“ATEC”) is located approximately 1,050 kilometers from the earthquake’s epicenter.
Following the event, PANJIT promptly conducted facility inspections and operational assessments to ensure employee safety and maintain business continuity. We are providing timely updates to our employees, customers, and partners.
All employees at ATEC are safe, and no injuries have been reported. Comprehensive inspections confirmed that there is no structural damage to the facility, and the working environment remains safe.
Based on a thorough assessment, production and support activities continue to operate normally. The earthquake has had no material impact on PANJIT’s production, product quality, or supply chain. We remain in close communication with our facilities, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure uninterrupted operations and reliable customer support.
